Pathology and Improvement of the Training and Human Capital Performance in Productive Companies Taking Organizational Excellence Approach

The present study aimed to investigate the pathology and provided some suggestions for promoting the training and human capital performance in productive companies using the Diamond Excellence Model. After data collection, quantitative analysis, and conducting a site visit, priority standards for attention as well as priority standards for action, including leadership, service quality, service strategy, and organizational structure were identified. Moreover, 45 weaknesses associated with the standards in the case study, including strengthening the organizational communication across existing organizational levels, integrating goals into the organizational plans, assessing clients' satisfaction periodically, mutual communication with clients, revising service strategies, senior manager's effort to provide comprehensive assistance and support to staff, targeting service quality, and senior managers' cooperation in identifying the future needs of client, were identified and necessary solutions and suggestions were recommended to improve them.
