Urban spatial distribution analysis with emphasis on urban planning models (case study: Tehran city)
Abstract This research is conducted using an analytical-descriptive approach with the aim of studying the spatial distribution of urban public services and ranking of Tehran's urban areas in terms of services. To achieve this goal, planning models including factor analysis, combined method of human development index, taxonomy model and standardization method have been used. The computational findings in the combined model of the human development index of regions 3, 1 and 22, respectively, have the highest degree of development, and areas 8, 17 and 14 are in the lowest development. The results of the factor analysis of region 22 are the highest and the 14th region is ranked lowest in 22 regions. Based on the output of the taxonomy model, Region 3 is ranked first, Region 1 is ranked second and 10th is the last rank. According to the findings of the standardization model, regions 3, 1, and 22 are the most developed and the 14th, 10th and 17th most deprived areas Areas are. Using the cluster analysis model, the areas of Tehran were clustered based on the numerical value of the regions in the models used. Based on the results of the above model, regions 3, 1, 12, 22, 6 and 21 with a final score of 66 and above The first cluster was identified as over-development regions and regions 14, 10, 8, and 17 with a final score of 13 and less in cluster 5 and identified as deprived area.
