The study of the Brain Drain in Iran; 2006-2016Toraj SabzevariDr. Malek ZolghadrAbstract:The brain drain has posed challenges to our society in recent decades. It has always been harmful to the society. Various factors are responsible for the brain drain as a very complicated phenomena. The research conducted in order to study socio-political factors influenced on the brain drain in Iran since 2006-2016. The research is a descriptive-analytical research conducted by library and documentary style. Moreover, it is conducted by structured interview. Its statistical society are specialists and elites who decided to emigrate. The findings of the research suggest socio-political factors have significant impact on the brain drain phenomena.Key Words:Brain Drain,Elite, Socio-Political factors, Globalization
