Cultural and political elites of timurid era of harat at safavid epoch

The arising of safavid dynasty made a lot of changes and extensive transitions in different fields, especially that the domain of effect and reaction of these transitions and changes was extended to the outside of safavid borders and this matter was helpful in making or fortifying and amplifying other transitions and incidents, in this period Khorasan and especially its center ,haraat, was in a special condition that this matter can be seen evidently in the life, performance and reactions of these cultural and political elites all of whom were raised in the cultural and political environment of teimoorid era which especially its capital was haraat. According to the findings of this research , the forgoing elites perceived their surroundings completely different to the degree that for staying in haraat or abandoning it they considered stability and peace, scientific support, being being attracted to administrative structure and so on which this matter was the result of a special geographical situation of Khorasan on those days which like a peninsula was bounded to the kingdom of baaber, arqoonian, jaamaan, ozbakan and other provinces of safavid, offered a set of different interests and disinterests. The present essay based on a descriptive-analytic method and the use of library resources has been done.
