The labour procedure system in Iran is based on the consideration of special or quasi-judicial authorities to the differences between the labourer and the employer, and the structure and competence of these institutions are explained in Articles 157 to 166 of the Labour Code and the Rules of Procedure of Labour, approved in 2012.
