The Role of International System in Interaction between Iran and China

 Since the late of 20 century and the early of 21 century, international system face systemic change such as polarization of great powers, and globalization and regionalism has been expanded. China has become more powerful economically, militarily and emerged as the second economic powerful nation of the globe. Therefore, Iran has tried to adopt a foreign policy known as “look at the East” in order to increase national interest and security.  In recent years the relations between Iran and China has been increased in all dimensions. Close relations between Iran and China could be explained as a result of global and regional transformation and domestic changes in both countries. It is worth to mention that China places more importance on economic benefits than other interest.
