Investigating the Job Expectations of Job Seeker Students in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

The aim of present study was to investigate the job expectations of job seeker students in Ferdowsi university of Mashhad. Since these students presented at the work exhibition, they have a set of criteria and job expectations. From this population, 352 students selected by simple random sampling method, who completed the job expectation questionnaire which derived from Pemberton job expectation questionnaire. ANOVA was used for data analysis. The results showed that autonomy and entrepreneurship had more incidences among males, but in other factors there are no differences between males and females. Findings also revealed that specialization was the first job expectation of students.
