The Purpose of This Study is to Investigate the Relationship Between Strategic Human Resources Management and the Performance of Manufacturing Companies barge bakhtar City.

Methods

The Population of This Research Includes Manufacturing Companies in The City barghe bakhtar, That Among Them Was Selected 109 Companies by Random Sampling. For Data Collection Was Used a Questionnaire Consisting of 22 Questions in the Field. The Pearson Correlation Test Using SPSS 19 Software was Used to Test The Research Hypotheses. Findings and
