Designing and Deploying Successful Managers Exchange Network
This research, based on two categories of knowledge management and organizational learning, seeks to design an effective way to exchange the experiences of successful organizational managers. The purpose of this research is to design and deploy a network of successful managers' experiences exchange. This study is a descriptive-survey study and its statistical population includes all managers of companies active in Science and Technology Park of Tehran University. The research data were obtained by distributing the questionnaire among the statistical sample and the research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling technique. The results showed that leadership style with path coefficient of 0.77, transformational strategies with path coefficient of 0.79, organizational culture with path coefficient of 0.88 and reward system with path coefficient of 0.83 all had a positive and significant effect on the formation of managers' experience exchange network. Successful organization. Given the validity of the conceptual model of research, the variables of this research can be used to design and deploy a manager's experience exchange network.
