The Impact of Knowledge Management on Improving Project Performance
The present study examines the impact of KM on project performance in project-oriented organizations. The research method used is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population of the study included all staff in project-oriented organizations with 150 people. The sample size was 120 and the sampling method was simple random sampling. Research data were collected by library and field method and questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method (0.892) and content and construct validity. The research data were analyzed by SPSS software and smartpls2 using statistical, descriptive and inferential tests. The results of this study indicate that KM has a significant impact on project performance. Project risk had a positive impact, and the results showed that the impact of project risk on promoting project performance was positive.
