Realization of Religious Democracy through the People centered Economy in Iran in the With emphasis on Public Policy Proces Case study: identifying problems of the cooperative sector (focusing on Isfahan province) and providing a solution
Based on the provisions of Eighth Clause of third principle of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the government is required to provide all facilities for the participation of the public in determining the political, economic, social and cultural fate.Considering the characteristics and advantages of the cooperative economy in employment, the accumulation of small capital and the expansion of the People-centered economy, the spread of social justice and the fair distribution of wealth, reduction and elimination of poverty and the expansion of social solidarity ,is necessary to identify the barriers and issues of the expansion and development of the cooperative sector as well as the rule of law enforcement article 44 of the Constitution, which aims at atleast 25 percent contribution to the cooperative sector of the country's economy. Therefore, the researcher has been seeking to use the descriptive-analytical method and content analysis and Considering the necessity of the Understanding the Damage to Religious Democracy, while identifying the barriers and issues of the cooperative sector (focusing on the province of Isfahan). The most important findings of this research are: 1. Failure to implement upstream rules and documents and luck of support to the cooperative sector, especially financial support.
