Studying of reference architecture elements for knowledge management in financial institutions(case Study: Saderat Bank Iran of Resaerch, Evolution and Planning Center)

The purpose of this research is the Investigation of reference architecture elements for knowledge management in financial institutions. This research is qualitative and quantitative. This research used survey method. Interview and questionnaire was used for data collection. The sampling method in this research is census. Descriptive and analytical statistical methods were used to answer the study questions and test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that Among the three elements of knowledge management reference architecture, the lowest amount of attention for Knowledge Management and then the knowledge business and the amount of attention to the information technology is moderate. It is the lowest amount of attention to processes knowledge extraction and knowledge identification among knowledge management elements and the highest amount of attention is knowledge storage and Knowledge of organizational structure. Among the elements of information technology, amount of attention both (The enabling and facilitator Technology) is the moderate. The knowledge business element knowledge was recognized as a strategic resource. Also views comparison on the elements of knowledge management reference architecture indicate that employees Were distinctions the least amount of attention and managers the most attention amount. The implementation amount of each element of knowledge management architecture in the center, the element knowledge Business, the IT and the knowledge management have an unfavorable condition.
