Investigating the Factors Affecting the Selection of Managers in the Textile Industry(Case Study: Textile Factory Managers of Mazandaran Province)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factors on the selection of managers including experience, education, executive and managerial records, and age in textile factories in Mazandaran province. The present study is based on the nature and purpose of the research, which is an applied research method and is a descriptive study based on how data is collected. The statistical population of this study is the directors of textile and textile factories in Mazandaran province. In order to investigate the effective features of the selection system for managers in terms of experts and review documents. The inferential statistics of the data were used for the chi-square, t-test and t-test. The findings of this study indicate that the selection of managers in Textile Units of Mazandaran province was not suitable and the managers of this industry did not have relevant administrative and managerial backgrounds, related work experience, related education, as well as appropriate age conditions, and it can be claimed that one of the effective factors In the downturn of this industry in Mazandaran province, the ineffectiveness of the system is the choice of industry managers.
