"Effectiveness" as the most important indicator of organizational performance has always been important, how understanding and benchmarking has been the focus of management researchers. In the present study, it has been attempted to investigate the concept of 'effectiveness', its criteria and strategies in Islamic texts by 'descriptive-analytical' method. By examining the existing literature and analyzing the verses and narrations, it can be said that effectiveness from the Islamic point of view has certain evaluation criteria and meaning that are fundamentally different from the management literature. "Effectiveness" from the Islamic point of view is: good practice, and good practice that meets the following criteria: sincere faith, sincere intentions, and a practical commitment to doing the right thing.
