Investigating Repleshing the Attributes of the Managerial Wisdom and Entrepreneurship into Different Stages of the Managing Enterprenureship Education Model to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Students and Their Management Wisdom
he main purpose of this research was to identify the critical characteristics of Entrepreneurship Motivation (EM),Mangerial Wisdom (MW) theories,to replesh them in the stages of the Management Enterepreneurship Education Model (MEEM) for the undergraduate students of the Applied Science University in Tehran.The method of this research was a mixture of content analysis method in the qualitative stage,a semi-experimental method was used in the quantitative phase. The statistical population included 9040 undergraduate entrepreneurship lessons in the faculty of applied sciences of Tehran province. The statistical sample in the qualitative section includes 7 experts,lessons of entrepreneurship lessons,a small section of 125 students who were selected by simple random sampling for the implementation of aquasi-experimental Quadruple Solomon design. In the qualitative section,the data gathered through semi-structured interview,in the quantitative section,management wisdom,entrepreneurship motivation validated,reliable questionnaire carried out.T-student,one-sample,paired,two independent samples,ANOVA,also R-software for data analysis were used.Collectivly,repleshing the attributes of the managerial wisdom,entrepreneurship into different stages of the MEEM promoted the entrepreneurial motivation of students,their KM,managerial wisdom at a significantly higher level compared to existing education
