Formulation for modeling effective factors and public social policies to production boom

In this paper, we are going to represent some facts about economic boom and production prosperity (which is named for year 2989 by Islamic Republic of Iran’s leader Ayatollah Khamenei) and relation to social living standards in the world and Islamic Republic of Iran. First, we mention the rule of 07 and compounding effect which is estimation of any person’s capital and quality of life in terms of economic growth of country. We will see that both economic boom and life standards are related to productivity factor. After definition of productivity, we will enumerate some factors that are effective on productivity and growth rate; physical capital per worker, human capital per worker, natural resources per worker, and technological knowledge. Then, we will describe how public social policies affect economic growth and quality of social life. Some of these policies are, saving, external investment, education, health and nutrition, property rights, political stability, free trade, research and development, and population growth.
