The main purpose of this paper is to explain the current processes of moral training for the upper secondary school students. For this purpose, 12 secondary school teachers were selected by criterion sampling, targeted sampling, and snowball sampling structured interview technique was used to collect data; moreover, methods. Semi field notes were also taken by the researchers. Continuous reviewing and comparing of the collected data resulted in the extraction of 24 subcategories and 8 main categories. The analysis of the structure of the current processes of moral training in the secondary schools led to the formation of a middle range theory. The results showed that the negligence of school authorities towards students’ moral training and not prioritizing it as a central phenomenon provided a suitable background for oriented spirit in adverse consequences such as the formation of extreme pleasure students, the emergence of instrumental ethics, and the inactivity and pessimism of school administrators.
