Challenges and Strategies for Organizational Management and Sustainable Development in Tehran

The territory of Tehran, an area of 6 thousand square kilometers, is 10 times the current range of Tehran. Due to the increasing population of Tehran and neighboring cities, Tehran's privacy has turned into economic, social, environmental and administrative problems. Nevertheless, the management of the capital's privacy is one of the most important challenges in this area because the government, along with the management of the urban area of Tehran, should be able, while playing a desirable role in the new global environment, a sustainable and environmentally sustainable development for residents of 15 million People will provide this area. The type of research in this research is descriptive-analytical and in collecting information, field studies and library have been used. The combined model (SWOT-AHP) has also been used to analyze the findings. The findings show that among the investigated factors, institutional-management with a score of 0.232 is most important and effective. The second is the economic factor, with a score of 0.214, located in the second place, and the third is the physical effect section with a score of 0.192, and this value is a measure of its importance and effectiveness. Also, the sensitivity analysis diagram shows that the aggressive strategy has the most sensitivity and the defensive strategy also has the least sensitivity.
