Application of management information systems in hospital management strategy

The manager is the first and greatest decision maker in organization, that all his activities, there is a decision-making process. Due to the rapidly changing and complex environment in which managers operate, the use of management information systems for managers is critical. The aim of this study is to review the implementation of management information systems in hospitals.

This study was a review of the information required by Persian and English with a selection of 30 articles Library of reputable sites from 1993 and 2013 have collected.

Organizational change and customers or recipients of health services, hospitals in the world is forced to go into the cost-based or cost-effective recruitment strategies, or it is designed according to customer needs. However, the hospital administrators in the use of proper management strategies vary.

If the organization as a set of related systems and targeted knows, management information system is one of the most important systems in which they exist. The system control and data reconstruction of the world around and within the organization is responsible for, the manner in which the organization and selection of data, information necessary for decision making, planning and control, to prepare managers.
