The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between growth and learning components of performance management learning at the individual, group and organizational levels based on the structural-interpretive approach.
The purpose of this study is practical.The research method is a heuristic mix. In the qualitative section, the statistical population of the study includes the managers and deputies of the Institute of Higher Applied Science and Applied Sciences who have a master's degree and at least 5 years of executive and managerial experience in the institute. Purposeful sampling with a judgmental approach was used. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of the study includes the managers, deputies and experts of the Institute of Applied Higher Education in the water and electricity industry, which are 254 people. Sample size in the quantitative section using ISM technique is acceptable between 10 and 25 people. At the qualitative stage, the researcher achieved a network of performance management themes in the dimension of growth and learning by using content analysis method. At the quantitative stage, the relationships between themes were identified using ISM and MICMAC analysis.
the three factors of training of training agents, designing and deploying the selection system, appointing and upgrading faculty and deploying the management information system have the most impact of the other factors and least impact on them.
The establishment of human resource-related growth centers is a fundamental determinant of performance management in terms of growth and learning at the organization level. This factor determines the competitiveness of the compensation system which is at the sixth level.
