One of the challenges organizations face at this point in time is to provide the right environment to encourage employees to share their knowledge. Knowledge sharing is one of the most effective steps in the knowledge management process, which is why universities as centers of knowledge creation and creativity have a significant role to play in developing countries' knowledge. The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating role of learning in the relationship between individual factors and stimulating knowledge sharing at Shahed University. The statistical population of the study consisted of all staff of the university, which consisted of 226 people, and the sample size was 143, using the estimation method of limited community. According to the philosophical foundations of the research, the orientation and purpose of the research is of an applied type; the research strategy is a survey-case study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and PLS descriptive and inferential methods. The results showed that all of the individual factors namely trust, motivation, interest, attitude and self-efficacy had a role in stimulating knowledge sharing and it was also found that learning has a moderating role in the relationship between individual factors and stimulating knowledge sharing.
