Relationship of the absolute rule of the Faqih with the role of time and place in ijtihad

The purpose of the present study was to explain the relationship between the jurisprudence of the jurisprudent and the role of time and place in ijtihad and present a new theoretical study on the use of jurisprudence's jurisprudence to facilitate community affairs.
