Providing a conceptual model of organizational control based on Islamic attitudes: a critical approach from common perspectives
Control is one of the most challenging issues that have been around in organizations from ancient times. Although, during this long period, various theories about the mechanisms of organizational control have been implemented, but always the same mechanism to create new crises and resistors the following individuals have also provided the grounds for their failure. In this context, the aim of the study was to evaluate critical organizational control mechanisms in the field through an Islamic attitude. In order to achieve this goal, first common approaches to human, organization, and management which form the foundation of thinking in organizational control are Investigated and also the issue of organizational control based on a different perspectives are analyzed using the methodology of ijtihad. Then, using the pathology from common approaches, it analyzes the Islamic view of organizational control. The results of this study show that the nature of dimensions of organizational control in Islamic view including organizational control, social control, and self-control, are different from common approaches and this difference is rooted in the thinking about the human and, consequently, about the organization and control and most importantly, administrative control overcoming the ring of organization control from common perspectives.
