One of the main responsibilities of the human resource management in organizations is to pay attention to the personnel's health. Nowadays, this issue has gained importance since human resource is considered as a competitive advantage in the organizations. Most organizations have policies to consider health issues of their human resources, because they consider spending money on health issues of their human resource as a kind of social investment. Since the principles of anthropology, ontology, epistemology and values of Islamic knowledge differ with other material schools, and this naturally affects theories and models related to the health issues of human resource, this article seeks to explain the Islamic view on the health of human resource. The results indicate the following: 1. Because of the duality of man in Islamic views, their health can be conceived in several dimensions and it includes physical, psychological and religious dimensions. 2. Because in Islam, humanity is in his soul and he is not able to recognize it, therefore in order to achieve health it is not possible to rely only on science and human sense, and in this regard we need divine teachings and Life of our infallible Imams (SA). 3. Factors affecting the health of personnel are comprehensive from Islamic perspective and include physical, mental and spiritual needs.
