Investigation of Organizational and Individual Training Needs of the Managers (The Case Study of NAJA's General Inspection Office Personnel)
This research aims to investigate and assess the training needs of NAJA's general inspection office managers and prioritizing these needs. This research is an applied research and uses cross-sectional data collection. The population consists of 60 managers serving in NAJA's General Inspection Office. In order to analyze the data, one sample T-test and Freidman test were used. In this paper, Delphi technique and agreement technique were employed. Using these techniques, 17 organizational training needs, and 10 individual training needs of managers were identified. The results indicate that in organization dimension, organizational threats, fortunes, pros and cons and also top level measures and documents with the mean of 11.75 and 13 are in the priority of the managers; and in the individual dimension, rhetoric and self-control with mean of 5.95 and 7 are in the priority of the managers.
