the comprehensive model of prevention of the bribery crime in NAJA

The aim of this meta-analysis is etiology and investigation of bribery in NAJA, and also presenting a comprehensive model for the prevention of this crime. This study is an applied research. In terms of data collection, it is qualitative, inductive. Regarding this, all the books, studies and papers in the area of the crimes of NAJA's employees were examined which include seven books, eighteen masters and PhDs theses and fifteen papers. The results indicated that individual, family, social and organizational factors are considered effective on the incidence of bribery among employees in the realm of etiology, and in the realm of control and prevention, there should be a comprehensive proceedings in the field of Field-oriented social prevention, Opportunity-driven situational prevention, organizational prevention and penal prevention in the form of Jihad camp supporting the employees consisting of a headquarter in order to synchronize and present measures, and also eight working groups to coordinate and provide measures and implementation of measures related to employees as follows: 1.committee on Education and Training 2.social and notification committee 3.supervision and control committee 4.social welfare committee 5.Task Force committee 6.criminal prevention committee 7.commanding and management committee 8.the Provincial committee.
