Investigation of the effects of environmental factors on the incidence of police stations commanders' performance misconducts (FATEB case study)
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of environmental factors on the incidence of police stations commanders' performance misconducts in Tehran. This study is an applied research. The population consisted of all the police stations commanders in Tehran. In this study, performance misconducts and environmental factors questionnaires were used in order to collect data. In order to estimate the reliability of the study, Cronbach's alpha was used. Cronbach's alpha was 0.77 for environmental factors and 0.9 for performance misconducts questionnaires. The results showed a significant relationship between economic, cultural and social factors and police stations commanders' performance misconducts in Tehran according to the Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.95. This type of relationship is direct; that is increase in each of the factors is along with performance misconducts.
