Analysis of people monitoring effects on decreasing office offends in disciplinary force officers

The goal of this research is to analysis of people monitoring effects on decreasing office offends in disciplinary force officers.the research methods were descriptive. gathering information tools were questionarie and interview.
Statistical society was include of all disciplinary forces staff ahvaz city that 220persons of them selected by simple random sampling.
There designed a questionarie include of 40 relevant questions and research theories by using research theoretical methods that finally distributed between statistical sample after extent and final using of Alfa Korenbakh factor.
Finally data results analysed by SPSS version 22.therehas been used two single group t and independent group t,to test hypothetis.
results showed that people monitoring by 197 system is effective about preventation of offends office corruption and its dimentions means financial offends,inconsiderate in performing job duties and effective legislation.
Accurate analysis of results showed that those police officers that their performance assessed by people had better performance in comparison with those who monitored by police staff,because they touched it in their work life as appreciation,gradiation or discipline punishment.
