The effective factors on employees' sense of empowerment
In fact, the employees' sense of empowerment is the understanding of their abilities which are influenced by many factors. Some of these factors have been recognized by human resources management's experts and published in their several articles and books. For the significance of the issue and necessity of introducing these factors to organizations' high-level and human resources managers, the 15 most important items , which have been mentioned in the literary review of empowerment till now and influenced employees' sense of empowerment, have been discussed. Level of education, years of experience, self-esteem, control center, innovation, participation in target-making, participation in decision-making, role clarity, performance feedback, rewards, team work, social and political support, sense of respect and acceptance, access to training, access to resources and access to information are some of the discussed factors in this paper.
