Review of the sheriff's effective supervisory and control methods on performance of Kerman police stations' staff
This research with the subject of review of the sheriff's effective supervisory and control methods on performance of Kerman police stations' staff has been done in which the researcher is looking for answering the following questions:1. Which supervisory and control methods are being used more by sheriffs?
2. Which supervisory and control methods is more effective on staff performance?
According to above questions, it was assumed that sheriffs use pretask supervisory method to control their staff while supervising the staff during their action is more effective on the performance. This research is practical in terms of goal and surveying-descriptive in term of method. The group being counted of this research is all the sheriffs and employees of the Kerman police stations (totally 26 police stations) in 1385. The statistical sample was 146 people which 120 employees were selected using Kukeran formula according to the sheriff's census. The references and questionnaires were studied to attain the data. Also, the one-way variance analysis method and supplementary tookie test was used to analyze four statistical analysis. The results showed that high rank officers rejected the first assumption and low rank officers agreed with it. Also, the sheriffs agreed with the second premise and some suggestions were given according to the results.
