The Impact of Surrogate Training System on Human Resource Productivity (Case Study: Kerman Province Industry, Mine and Trade Organization)
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of surrogate training system on human resource productivity in the public sector. This research is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. This research is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees of Kerman Province Industry, Mine and Trade Organization and 200 people were selected through simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire on surrogate training system performance and Hershey and Goldsmith's standard productivity questionnaire (1980). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study, while confirming the proposed model, showed that the implementation of surrogate training system had a positive effect on human resource productivity. Another finding showed that among the aspects of the implementation of the surrogate training system, evaluation of available resources had the most positive effect on the productivity of manpower and managerial training and finding and employing talented individuals were in the dimensional order, respectively.
