The Effect of Organizational Intelligence on Employee Socialization by Explaining the Mediating Role of Organizational Culture (Case Study: Islamic Azad University of Ilam Branch)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational intelligence and socialization on the staff of the Islamic Azad University of Ilam by explaining the mediating role of organizational culture. This research is applied in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of 160 employees of the Islamic Azad University of Ilam Branch. 120 individuals were selected randomly and based on the Cochran formula. Albrecht (2002) questionnaire was used to measure organizational intelligence, Taormina (1997) questionnaire was used to measure employees' socialization and Eskandari and Samadi questionnaire (2016) was used to measure organizational culture. It uses the Cronbach's alpha formula which is 0.90. Structural equation modelling and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The results show that there are significant relationships between the dimensions of intelligence including strategic insight and socialization, shared fate and socialization, desire for change and socialization, unity and agreement and socialization, morale and socialization, knowledge and socialization application, organizational performance pressure and socialization as well as organizational intelligence and organizational culture and organizational culture and socialization.
