The study attempts to redesign NAJA's managers and commanders competency Model through developing previous studies, and analyze influential factors according to the book of Nahjolbalaghe, and Imam Khomeini and the supreme leader's statements. The study compared previous study’s findings comparatively and indicated that although six concepts from Imam Khomeini and supreme leader’s statements might not be directly interpreted from Nahjolbalaghe’s example, these concepts, because of Nahjolbalaghe’s comprehensiveness, can be somehow deduced from it. further influential and affectable factors were analyzed through Grey Dematel method in order to revise performance evaluation, measurement, and selection. Results indicated that firmness of belief has the highest effect on the system with 18362 value. And military competency is the most affectable factor with the value of 0,9647. At the end, administrative recommendations are proposed.
