Title : The lineage of Born in Artificial Insemination from the Veiwpoint of Islamic jurisprudence and law

Artificial insemination is one of the wondrous phenomena of the modern world. Considering that this discussion has not been specifically discussed in the jurisprudential subjects of the early Faqihs, it can be the source of various jurisprudential and legal issues. Although in the beginning, some of Faqihs believed in the absolute prohibition of all kinds of artificial insemination, and some of Faqihs considered even the inoculation of the paternal femininity to legal wife as a problem. But with the recognition of this issue by the permission of some other fatwas, and the legal recognition of lineage of Born due to artificial insemination, there were many differences that gave rise to new perspectives and to review of Islamic statements. Therefore, the present paper seeks to investigate and study further jurisprudential and legal sources to clarify the legal provisions related to such persons and thus, while respecting their rights, to prevent the presence of children without identity and orphans in the community. , Because with the importance of the materials of children born of artificial insemination, and the legal recognition of the descent of these children in all types of inoculations, one can take a major step towards eliminating discrimination and preventing further problems in the Islamic society.
