The Consequence of Operational Fundamentalism (Terrorism) in Afghanistan on Security of South Khorasan Province Emphasizing ISIL presence
Modern fundamentalism came into being in the present world at a time when fundamental changes in the world had taken place and human beings were subjectively and objectively moved from the traditional stages to the modern world. Because of their incompatibility of values and beliefs in the contemporary world, a number of people have bumped the drum to the past, calling the phenomena of the modern world harmful, and humiliating and alienating those who did not say what they wanted. This attitude began with hatred and opposition, and at the very last stage led to the physical elimination and destruction of others we nowadays call "pragmatic fundamentalism". In this study, we try to address the consequence of pragmatic fundamentalism (terrorism) in Afghanistan, given the presence of the ISIS terrorist group in the country and its role in the security of South Khorasan province. This article also focuses on the perspective of the Supreme Leader on the regional issues of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially the country of Afghanistan. One of the border issues in the eastern part of the country is the presence and activity of ISIS's Takfiri terrorist groups, which have engaged in an eroding process, an important part of the related apparatus. In spite of the significant threats posed to the Islamic Republic of Iran, there are certainly opportunities to address these issues while enhancing the security of political influence on diplomatic dimensions with the country of Afghanistan, broadening economic ties, Social and cultural consequences.
