Investigating Legal-Judicial Causes of Corruption and Evaluation of Legal-Judicial Strategies in Anti-Corruption
in this article, the legal-judicial causes of corruption according to experts have been identified and the status of legal-judicial strategies and anti-corruption actionsand their importance compared to other anti-corruption strategies, and also the status and importance (weight) of legal-judicial anti-corruption indicators have been examined according to experts (externalobservers, observers within organizations and universityexperts). The main method employed in this study is an observational one which is based on a technique called the Delphi technique, in which experts judgments are surveyed. The findings showthat among the most important causes of incidence and spread ofcorruption the legal-judicial causes of corruption rank first and then the indicators of complaints about ignoring and dealing with corrupt individuals, weak legislation rank second. Additionally, the current status of the legal-judicial anti-corruption strategies in Iran has been given a rate and this rate is lower than average and relatively weak. However, according to experts, the importance of these strategies to combat corruption in the country is relativelyhigh.
