Evaluation of the Connection between Meritocracy and Supervision and Inspection in Ahvaz NAJA
This study with the title of evaluation of the connection between meritocracy and supervision and Inspection in Ahvaz city’s NAJA tries to answer this basic question that whether there is a connection between supervision, inspection and meritocracy or not. In this case one primary and ten secondary hypotheses are mentioned. The statistical population of this study includes all staff of Ahvaz NAJA. By random way 332 people according to formula are achieved. This paper uses conceptual pattern of the connection between meritocracy and supervision, inspection. The instrument to get the data is through questionnaire and its questions are provided and compiled with the help of dependent and independent variables and it contains desirable consistency. Through inferential and analytical statistics the hypotheses are analyzed and all hypotheses on conceptual level of are accepted. This paper concludes, there is a meaningful and direct connection between supervision, inspection of Ahvaz NAJA and perceptional, cooperative qualifications, individual management, personality of the procedure of environment. So it is suggested that Ahvaz NAJA endeavor to provide and compile profession based ways and to improve accountability and decisions, long term policy, reciprocal respect and understanding, and to create trustfulness and static understanding in order to create the foundation of meritocracy in NAJA.
