Some decades ago , the researchers of administrative conduct searched most about positive aspects of these conducts. Work trends, motivation, production and leadership have been determined as the main domain of administrative conduct but the issues like lack of interest, sabotage, abuse, backbiting, and burglary have been ignored completely. These issues damage the health and the honor of the organization but in order to understand misconduct or deviations the nature of work should be understood and the reality of organizational life and other unknown things that management may face should be predicted. The managers before performing any strategies to prevent a behavior need to know the individual and group and organizational factors. Therefore in this study which is development and its way of collecting the information is library study, after description of organizational misconduct, comprehensive pattern of effective factors on employees’ misconduct and their implementation have been described.
