Presenting Local Balanced Pattern as means of Strategic Control Case Study of Strategic Document of NAJA’s Inspection

The objective of this study is to present the pattern of strategic control to implement and evaluate the strategic document of NAJA. This study’s method is case study strategy and information collecting is through library study and interview. In this paper strategic control has been applied as the control of implementing the strategies in the form of transferring the strategies into practical programs. The fundamental problem of strategic programs of the organizations is the gap between the goals and the practices. The strategic control patterns in order to present the solutions to fill in the gap have been suggested. In present situation the evaluative pattern of the performance as a strategic control pattern in all organizations has been generalized. Strategic document of NAJA’s Inspection has faced the gap between the thinking. This article by describing the ability of this pattern along side with case study of making easy, the results of the application of this pattern in one of the organizations will analyzed and evaluated.
