The Analysis of The Role of NAJA’s Inspection in Managers’ Keeping (case study of the Law Enforcement Forces General Headquarters of Hamedan Province)
his study aims to analyze the positive role of inspection in manager’s keeping and preserving and assigning its appropriate indices. It is a pragmatic study making use of descriptive-survey methodology. The statistical population is consisted of 95 police experts of Hamedan province. The literature, theoretical discussions and data collected through reading texts, articles, books, magazines and dissertations and by indexing instruments. The measurement instrument of this study was a 38-closed question-questionnaire proposed by the researcher; its validity is confirmed by Kronbach Alfa, a: 0/94. Given that the inspection department of NAJA plays an important role in selection and election of managers and their promotion and empowerment; playing this role, it is very effective in keeping and preserving managers. This study deals with four key roles of the inspection department which are: selection, empowerment, keeping and surveillance. The results in line with the proposed questions, demonstrated that the most effective role of the inspection department is empowerment and selection, keeping and surveillance (performance inspection) form the next priorities respectively
