Integrating Corporate Social Responsibility Management Systems (CSR) on the Performance of Technology Companies (Case Study: Mahshahr Maroon Petrochemical)

Corporate responsibility of companies has become as an important issue during the last decade. Large companies take into candy the social responsibility as an important element of their strategy. This responsibility helps the company to improve it's business performance processes using the new methods which finally resulted in improve of it's productivity. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of integration of corporate social responsibility on performance of employers in Mahshahr Petrochemical Company. 348 person, as sample size, is determined using the Cochran formula.  To collect data, a questionnaire along a factor analysis and reliability method was used using the alpha-Cronbach method. Data analysis is done using SPSS software and Lisrel software. The results of the research hypotheses show that the integration of social responsibility management systems has a positive role in organizational promotion, organizational improvement, internal promotion of the organization and the economic performance of technology companies.
