The Homeland of the Covenant of “Alast” and its Meaning from Farqani's Viewpoint with an Emphasis on the Verse of Covenant

The verse of covenant (172 Surat al-A’araf) and its related traditions are among the most controversial verses of the Holy Qur’an. Meanwhile, the exquisite views of Saeed al-Din Farqani, the student of Ibn Arabi and Sadr al-Din al-Qunawi’s mystical school have not been examined so far. To Farqani, in the world of the discrete idea, Adam's earthy form, which contains earthy particles whose every single particles is the elemental form of the children and descendant of Adam, obtains its apparitional image. Those particles also appeared in detail in that universe and associate with the apparitional image of their spirits, and due to their closeness to the world of Simplicity and Unity and diffusion of the innate monotheism, they admit the Lordship of God the Almighty. This idea is more compatible with the appearance of the verse of covenant and related traditions.
