Analyzing myth and epic language in the poem of NasrollahMardani

Considering myth and epic especially national Mythology and epic is one of the main bases in linguisticand meaningcontext of our literature after Shahnameh that continued in each era along with literal changes and social conditions. During the revolution and the start of war, the deep considerations took place about Resistance Poetry. At the same time, the tendency toward epic consistent with resitsence poetry was grown and many poets described the brave warriors of Sacred Defense in their poems through epic. Present study analyzed the poems of NasrollahMardani in terms of having myth and epic language. The results have shown thatMardani had used the national myths and epic language due to his interest in Shahnameh and socio-political condition of his era. He combined the epic language with lyriclanguages and created new capacities for myths and epic in his poem consistent with new expression needs.myths and epic in his poem consistent with new expression needs
