The Role of Dealing with the Complaints and Reports of People in the Improvement of Supervision and Policing of Employees
This research has been conducted with a purpose to examine the effect of dealing with the complaints and reports of people on improvement of supervision and policing. The method of research was of descriptive-comparative type and the instrument of data collection was a questionnaire and the statistical population was 250 people of police station employees of Khoramabad city and 250 people of the inspection centers in all the provinces and independent units and specialized police of NAJA. One hundred of them have been selected as a sample using stratified sampling with proper allotment. With reliance on theoretical principles, a questionnaire with 13 questions related to the hypothesis of the research was formulated and was distributed among statistical samples after confirmation of its reliability and validity. Finally, the data results were analyzed. The results showed that the hypothesis of the research that is the positive effects of dealing with the complaints and reports of people on improvement of supervision and policing of police station employees of NAJA was confirmed.
