Today's organizations face widespread behavioral and ethical challenges among their members that addressing and addressing them is a major advantage for an organization. Toxic leaders as selfish individuals who do not care about subordinate comfort can influence other behavioral variables of employees and influence their willingness to express their opinions, beliefs, or moral courage. The poisoning on the organizational silence of employees has been investigated with regard to the mediating role of variable moral courage.

Toxic leadership has a significant effect on organizational silence and moral courage. Also, moral courage has a significant effect on organizational silence as well as a mediating variable on the relationship between Toxic leadership and organizational silence.
Toxic leadership reduces employees' moral courage. Increasing moral courage reduces organizational silence among employees. On the other hand, Toxic leadership leads to increased organizational silence by reducing moral courage (the mediating variable).
