Education is a process through which individuals learn and apply the various social and personal dimensions of the way of life, thoughts, beliefs, norms and customs, patterns and laws, and religious and cultural standards of society. In the police force, two dimensions of religious education and social education are the most important educational elements and have the most external appearance and need more attention. This article aims to explain and analyze the teachings of the leader of the Islamic Revolution regarding the dimensions of education, especially in the social and religious aspects of the armed forces, especially law enforcement personnel.
This research has been conducted using qualitative method and theme analysis through content analysis and documentary studies of related databases and remarks of Supreme Leader on various occasions.
The findings suggest that the police have four basic strategies in this regard: 1. Democracy; 2. Lawfulness; 3. Religiosity; 4- Consistency of ethical and professional traits. It is clear that the success of the police as a police officer in the Islamic Republic will not be achieved without reference to these characteristics. It is necessary for law enforcement agencies to institutionalize educational traits in both religious and social contexts, while maintaining continuous, dynamic, and innovative planning.
