Structural equation model of the relationship between the team climate, empowering leadership and attitude towards knowledge sharing with knowledge sharing behavior
Structural equation model of the relationship between the team climate, empowering leadership and attitude towards knowledge sharing with knowledge sharing behavior college girl's school teachers in Isfahan.This research is correlational. The population included all university teachers engaged in teaching high school for girls in six districts of Isfahan education. A sample size of 189 and cluster sampling were selected with the help of Morgan and Krejcy table. Instruments included a questionnaire of 29 questions Xu et al. (2010) consists of eight items to measure a team atmosphere (Arnold et al., 2000) , statements of 9 to 26 to measure empowerment (Buck et al., 2005) and the statements of 28 , 27 and 29 related to knowledge sharing behavior (Hsu et al., 2007) with 5 Likert scale and attitudes toward knowledge sharing as well as from questionnaires (Buck et al., 2005), which was measured with the scale means were used. Statistical software for data analysis and partial least squares were used in the social sciences. The statistics descriptive statistics mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation and regression tests at the same frequency and inferential statistics and path analysis were used. The results of Pearson correlation and regression showed that the relationship between the leadership team and enabling positive and significant.The relationship between the leaders and empowering attitude toward knowledge sharing is positive and significant.But the team atmosphere and attitude to knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing attitude and behavior knowledge sharing positive and significant relationship was observed.
