Analyzing Strategic Management Reference Models Appropriate for Mission-driven organizations and investigating the Role of Game Theory in Them
Using the concept of strategic management can achieve the goals of the organization. Mission-driven organizations must plan, execute, and modify their goals based on a strategic management model. Game theory is the study of rational behavior in conditions where there is interdependence. Each player is influenced by what others are doing in the game, and the behavior of the players themselves is influenced by others. Game theory is a powerful tool for providing insights into a competitive environment. The goal of this study is to identify and classify strategic management models to optimize the decisions of mission-oriented organizations and propose the application of game theory. In this regard, first, we examined the research literature, and then analyzed leadership perspectives, the evolution of strategic management, and strategic management models. Mission-oriented organizations and game theory were introduced, and finally game theory was applied in strategic management. The results show that this structure helps senior executives in organizations respond appropriately to environmental changes.
