The Effect of Organizational Agility on the Organizational Empowerment: Mediating Role of Psychological Empowerment
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of organizational agility on organizational empowerment through psychological empowerment. The statistical population included all employees of Sport and Youth Offices in Razavi Khorasan province. Because the number of employees in this population were limited, all of them were selected as research sample. For data analysis Smart PLS3 was used. The findings indicated that organizational agility has positive significant effect on psychological empowerment and organizational empowerment. Also, psychological empowerment has positive significant effect on organizational empowerment. The indirect effect of organizational agility on organizational empowerment through psychological empowerment was confirmed.
