The "Girls of Enghelab Street" is name of a protest movement by girls and women who in objection to Islamic Dress Code (Hijab) in Iran, in a symbolic manner, take off their scarf in streets. Researchers decided to study the reaction of the cyberspace users to this social phenomenon based on the coverage of the case by various news agencies and reflection of such coverage in social media. For this study, views expressed by users of cyberspace about this phenomenon during the winter of 2017 were analyzed by researchers based on deductive content analysis. Some of the findings about the comments made about the Girls of Enghelab Street, deals with the reasons and motivation leading to this protest movement, the intervening factors, the way the government reacted to this phenomenon, functions and malfunctions of the protests, relations between the government and Islam with protesters, subject of protest, characteristics of the protesters, and government's condition during the protests and afterwards and so on
